Data accessed
DFI requests calendar.events.freebusy to learn whether the connected technician is busy during a proposed time and calendar.events to create, update, or delete calendar events representing Dollflow jobs.
DFI receives busy intervals, the connected calendar identifier, granted scopes, authorization metadata, and identifiers and fields for Dollflow-created events. DFI does not copy or display unrelated event titles, descriptions, attendees, or content.
How data is used
- Exclude busy periods from customer-facing availability.
- Create a calendar event when a Dollflow job is assigned or scheduled.
- Update or remove that Dollflow-created event when the job changes or is cancelled.
- Diagnose synchronization and authorization failures and protect the integration.
Google data is not used for advertising, marketing profiles, credit decisions, surveillance, or sale.
Storage and protection
DFI stores the calendar identifier, granted scopes, synchronization status, Dollflow-created event identifiers, and an encrypted OAuth refresh token. Busy-time responses are used to calculate availability and are not used to build unrelated profiles. Access is limited to the connected technician’s scheduling workflow and authorized support, security, or legal needs.
Sharing and transfers
Google data is transmitted between DFI and Google to provide the visible synchronization feature. DFI infrastructure providers may process encrypted or operational data only as needed to host and secure the service. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
Control and deletion
The connected user or authorized merchant can disconnect Calendar from DFI. Disconnection deletes DFI’s encrypted OAuth connection and stops further access. Authorization can also be revoked from the Google Account permissions page. Local event references are removed through job deletion, privacy redaction, technician removal, or shop deletion as applicable.
A connected user can request access or deletion at dollflowapp@gmail.com. Google Calendar events remain manageable in the user’s Google account.
