Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between Great Big AB (“Dollflow,” “we,” or “us”) and the business or organization installing or using Dollflow Install (“Merchant” or “you”). By installing, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you can bind the Merchant and agree to these Terms and the Data Processing Addendum.

Dollflow Install is a business service for merchants and their authorized personnel. It is not offered to consumers for personal use.

Dollflow Install can connect Shopify products and orders to installation or repair rules, create field-service jobs, calculate technician availability, issue private scheduling links, reserve slots temporarily, dispatch work, send operational messages, record job completion and evidence, and synchronize assigned work with a technician’s Google Calendar.

Features may be introduced, changed, limited, or discontinued as the product develops. Third-party services such as Shopify, Google, Resend, hosting, and payment providers are governed by their own terms and availability.

• Maintain accurate products, service rules, prices, deposits, schedules, technician qualifications, coverage areas, and customer-facing policies.
• Confirm that technicians are trained, insured, licensed, equipped, and legally permitted to perform assigned work.
• Provide lawful privacy notices and obtain any consent required for messages, photographs, calendar connections, access instructions, or other personal data.
• Keep accounts and private scheduling or technician-portal links secure and promptly remove access that is no longer needed.
• Use the app only for lawful work and avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information in notes, forms, or photographs.

The Merchant—not Dollflow—is the provider of the physical installation or repair. The Merchant is responsible for quotations, suitability assessments, permits, warranties, workplace and electrical safety, customer instructions, workmanship, damage, technician conduct, cancellations, and dispute resolution.

Availability, travel, skill matching, checklists, and route information are operational aids. The Merchant must review each assignment and must not rely on the app as a substitute for professional judgment or a site-specific safety assessment.

The Merchant controls whether installation is included with a product, sold as a paid add-on, subject to a deposit, or charged later as a repair. Shopify or another configured provider processes customer payments. Dollflow may record amounts and payment state for workflow purposes but is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, debt collector, or party to the Merchant’s customer transaction.

The Merchant is responsible for taxes, refunds, chargebacks, receipts, price disclosures, consumer rights, and collection of any on-site balance.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, DPA, Retention Policy, and Subprocessor List. Optional Google Calendar use is described in the Google User Data Disclosure.

The Merchant grants us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, format, and otherwise process Merchant-provided content to operate and secure the service. The Merchant retains ownership of that content.

You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage limits, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits, infringe third-party rights, use the service for deceptive or unlawful work, or use customer or Google data for advertising, surveillance, resale, or unrelated profiling.

We aim to operate a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Planned maintenance, emergencies, networks, third-party platforms, and evolving APIs may affect availability. Support requests can be sent to dollflowapp@gmail.com.

You may stop using the service and uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, harm to third parties, or where a platform or law requires it. Data is handled after termination as described in the Retention Policy and Shopify’s mandatory privacy workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dollflow Install is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any installation or repair.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for Dollflow Install during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance.
